How You Can Help

If you would like to assist in this historic endeavor, here are some options for you to consider:

Take on An Individual Project

It is difficult to obtain sufficient funding for traditional marketing efforts such as massive advertising campaigns. We recognize, however, that the best marketing is usually done by individuals and small groups. We are developing a number of inexpensive projects that can easily be taken on by such individuals or small groups. If a large number of individuals take on these projects, we can attain the same or better results as would have accrued from a traditional marketing effort. Have a look at the index of Projects to see if there are any that you would like to take on. It is not necessary that you tell us what you are doing but if you would like to occasionally update us, the best was is to subscribe to the Free Texans Discussion Group.

Donate Your Citizen Purchase Vouchers

The Transition Plan calls for the new government to place all but a small part of the real property currently owned by government onto the auction block and to issue 1,000 units worth of purchase vouchers to each Texas Citizen, as defined in Texas Constitution 2000, who requests it. The vouchers can then be used to bid on real property being auctioned by the government. (Vouchers take precedence over cash.) The TCRC would like to offer some compensation to those people who actively work on the ratification effort but we have very few assets to use for this purpose. The TCRC is therefore asking people to pledge to donate their purchase vouchers to the TCRC so that the vouchers can be used for compensation of workers. The donated vouchers will NOT be used to compensate members of the TCRC. If you would like to donate your vouchers for this purpose, print, fill out, and mail a Texas Citizen Purchase Voucher Pledge Agreement to the address on the bottom of the form.

Donate Funds

Money is something that we will probably be chronically short of until ratification is complete. (Even then, we will probably have obligations that should be paid before we terminate the TCRF trust.) You can send us a Pledge Form pledging to donate at regular intervals or to authorize us to charge your credit card for a single donation or periodically. We hope to have an e-commerce page set up shortly where you can also send online checks or transfer precious metals directly from your e-gold account. Until then, you can send us cash (FRNs or any other national currency), or a check or money order made payable to "TCRC". Send your checks via postal mail to:

Purchase TC2K-related Products

We have arranged with Cafe Press to offer some products with the logo of the Texas Constitution Ratification Committe (TCRC) imprinted. The profit from the sale of these products will go to the TCRC for use in funding the ratification effort.

Volunteer Your Services

We need volunteers right now to start organizing county ratification support groups. The support groups will form the core of the ratification committee when it's time to ratify in your county. We also need volunteers to serve as Regional Directors and District Coordinators. If you have leadership or organizing skills, especially if you have ever assisted in an election campaign, we would like to talk to you. As ratification proceeds and gains momentum, we will also need people to assist us in such areas as accounting, contract administration, order processing, web site management, etc. Even if you have none of the above skills, there will be a crying need for people to stuff envelopes, answer telephones,  hand out leaflets, run errands, etc. If you're alive, we can probably make use of you in one way or another. And think about telling your grandchildren that you helped make Texas the freest country on Earth. If you want to volunteer, send a resume (or just a statement of your skills and background) via email to Robert A. Phipps or by postal mail to:

TCRC
P.O. Box 832
Wolfforth, Texas 79382

Someone will contact you. (Don't forget to include contact information, such as a mailing address, a telephone number, or an email address so that we can contact you.)

Subscribe to Free Texans Discussion Group

We have an internet discussion group where you can ask or answer questions and, in general, become familiar with TC2K, efforts to ratify, and the people involved in the effort. Just enter your email address in the dialog box below and click on the Yahoo icon. We have a restricted membership list so the group owner will have to approve you. This should normally occur within 24 hours. If it hasn't occurred within 48 hours, send email to the group owner.
