Here's a list of questions that have been asked about Texas Constitution 2000 (TC2K), how TC2K is going to be ratified and implemented, and how life in Texas might be different under TC2K. 1. How are you going to get the necessary support considering the leftwing control of the media?

2. A Constitution is mere words unless it is enforced. Who will enforce this new constitution?

3. A new constitution cannot work with the current Federal Reserve cartel in power.  How are you going to remove Texas from this control?

4. How are you going to educate people to the point of acceptance?

5. Are you part of the Republic of Texas "movement"?

6. If I carry a gun onto someone's store or business, and they have a "no guns allowed" sign up, would they be violating my rights under Article 1 Section 6, "Every individual has the inherent right of owning, using, and carrying arms of any description?

7. If govt. doesn't issue money how do we obtain and/or make it so we can use it?

8. Will your new constitution protect my right to have a contract with anyone that says anything, or will that right be limited somehow?

9. How will certain things now regulated by the State in the public interest be handled by the free market, things such as road maintenance, fish and game, pollution control, etc?

10. What makes you think that "The Feds" will let Texas secede?
