We are not officially
associated with any of the groups promoting the Republic of Texas concept.
However, some of the people associated with one or more of those groups did
participate in the constitutional convention. But we also had people associated
with the Libertarian, Republican, and Democrat groups. Many of the participants
had no official connection with any political group. We actually had a pretty
good cross-section of Texans at the convention.
