A new constitution cannot work with the current Federal Reserve cartel in power.  How are you going to remove Texas from this control?

We are hopeful that the current political climate will make it difficult for the feds to "clamp down" using overt military force. After all, the feds have been supporting independence movements all over the planet. There should be considerable political pressure not to forcibly oppose an independence movement within the feds own jurisdiction. We also believe it will be difficult to internally justify use of force. If the feds, and the state government officials, refuse to "allow" TC2K to take effect short of initiating overt force, then we will be dependent upon the support of the general public. If there's sufficient support, then we will "just do it" whether or not the current regime wants to let us. If overt military force is initiated, then all bets are off.

Part of the ratification process is the formation of a Coalition Transition Government (CTG) whose task it will be to peacefully and lawfully transition to the new constitution. If peaceful is not possible, then it will be up to the CTG to decide what to do. While we oppose the use of force and fully expect a peaceful transition, it should be noted that there are a large number of "patriots" living in Texas. We cannot control what they might do if overt force is initiated by the feds or the State of Texas. Even if overt military force is initiated, the outcome is by no means settled. Remember how successful two of the largest and most powerful military forces on the planet were in places like Afghanistan and Vietnam.
