Any constitution must have the full support of a large portion of the population. We think that our ratification process, county-by-county conventions, will generate a lot of that support. Given that, then TC2K needs very little enforcement since it basically removes 99% of the current functions of government and replaces it with individual responsibility. County sheriffs are given the responsibility of enforcing orders of the court and randomly selected jurors control the court so you could say that TC2K will be enforced by the people themselves.
