Our ratification plan concentrates publicity and advertising at the county level, well in advance of each county ratification convention. Although we are certainly concerned about "national" publicity, the more important work must be done in each county. That means that county ratification committees must have the funding and tools available to fulfill the aggressive paid advertising campaign mandated by the ratification plan.
We have contracted with an advertising agency experienced in political campaigns to design and produce quality printed, audio, and video materials for use by each county ratification committee. Not all newspapers, radio, and TV stations are controlled by the "left wing".
